Custom buildings typically take approximately 2–4 weeks. Free delivery is available within 20 miles of the Shipshewana shop; contact Glen for delivery details outside that area.

Family-owned since 1995, Slabaugh’s completes each building start to finish in one Shipshewana shop. Glen stays personally involved throughout the process.
Premium-Grade 2 × 4 Framing
Walls use premium-grade 2 × 4 lumber at 16 inches on center, and custom trusses use premium-grade 2 × 4 lumber.
Plywood—No OSB or Pressed Board
Plywood is used in the floor system and wherever sheet materials are required; OSB and pressed board are not used.
Finish & Roofing Choices
Choose from many paint colors to match your home, or select vinyl siding. Complete your building with metal or shingle roofing.
Craftsmanship & Material Warranties
Each building includes a 7-year craftsmanship warranty. Coverage for exterior materials depends on your selections: barn paint includes a 15-year fade warranty; siding and trim, a 50-year warranty; shingles, a lifetime warranty; and metal roofing, a 40-year finish warranty. Ask Glen which coverage applies.
